Ha!
Okay – real quick: This is a speed-painting from this morning using a pallet knife and some of David Levy’s free ImagineFX brushes. The good thing is that I worked with straight color – no initial gray-scale values, which I usually just apply color overlay filters to for quick practice work like this. Color owns me, well, obviously I want to better myself in MANY areas (FIGURE DRAWING!!!!!!) but color is a BEAST by itself. So difficult, but every piece I’m learning something new. Again, still working with abstract shapes. Now, I’ve got my priorities a little mixed up but lately I cant stop painting… that’s supposed to be good, right?
This radio station I found on PandoraRadio recently plays a lot of Global Communication and has really fueled the inspiration along side my ImagineFX mags – damn I wish I could INGEST those things and retain the knowledge within!
In time… -pets magazine-
In time…
Thanks for checking me out – PEACE!
